I have no good excuse for having been absent from my blog for so long. My almost 98-1/2yo dad-in-law has been failing in health and that has been very stressful and consuming. Our adored pup, Boo, hasn’t been feeling 100% over the last couple of weeks…he eats, runs, plays and chases phantom hobgoblins in the night, but he is also listless and exhausted most of the rest of his day. We have a vet appointment to try to figure out what is up…wondering if it is his Lyme Disease causing this? Hus has been traveling a lot, which both simplifies and complicates life. We had four contractors in to bid on repairs to our garage-with-a-loft-over-it…liked all of them, which makes it hard to choose just one…but we did it…let the work commence!
All that said, we have been spending a fair amount of quiet time outdoors, watching nature transform our surroundings from cold and brown and gray, full of dead weeds and bushes, to more temperate and silver and blue, full of emerging life and lobster boats setting traps for the new season…I LOVE this time of year…We cannot display this gallery
